Australian Trout Foundation | Nariel Creek Tree Planting Day

Australian Trout Foundation are holding a ‘Trees for Trout’ tree planting day.

Join our volunteer army of ‘Habitat Soldiers’ for a tree planting day on Nariel Creek near Corryong in North East Victoria. 

1, 000 trees will be planted along the banks of Nariel Creek opposite the Nariel Folk Festival Ground.

This Habitat Restoration project is another example of the “Angler Riparian Partnership Program” plus your recreational licence fees at work to enhance our fisheries and the environment.

When: Saturday September 14 2019 at 9am

Meeting Place: Colac Colac Bridge (Wodonga side), Murray Valley Highway, Corryong.

BBQ Lunch provided; volunteers please register for catering purposes.

Bring: warm & sun smart clothing, and a little baby shovel if you have one – not compulsory.
