VRFISH STRUCTURE
VRFish is a registered company managed by a Board of Directors and three staff. Our membership  comprises three categories, which are: affiliated members of a club or association representing at least 500 members or 10 fishing clubs; unaffiliated members; and the third category is Kindred Interest Groups.

Each year, the members elect nine directors (including the Chairperson) who comprise the Board. The Board is responsible for engaging the Executive Officer, the Grants/Project Officer and the Administration Officer, who is also Company Secretary.

VRFish has a strong regional structure in place including regional representatives in each catchment area in Victoria.

VRFish also has a number of committees that deal with issues such as Finances, Research and Development, Fishing Infrastructure and Access. We draw on external expertise to assist VRFish members on these committees.
